ECONOMIC COMMITMENT

An economic commitment to quality production

Quality is at the heart of our approach: our bathrooms are designed to last without additional operational costs. We have an integrated quality service that performs 30 control checks before our bathrooms leave the factory, ensuring unmatched reliability. To go even further, we offer a Refresh service that gives your bathrooms pods a second life.
Our Research & Development team deploys agile solutions tailored to each project to drive innovation. With over 30 years of innovation, particularly in the healthcare sector, we notably filed a patent in 2020 for the Easy Moove system.

The BAUDET’s + : Our products are made in France, with over 80% of components sourced from Europe. We prioritize local suppliers, many of whom are located within 50 kilometers of our factory.

ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITMENT

A measured and reduced environmental impact

BAUDET focuses on reducing waste at every stage. Within the company, we have implemented efficient and effective actions:

  • Our processes are optimized to minimize material waste.
  • Each employee uses reusable mugs and bottles, helping reduce internal waste.

The BAUDET’s + : On worksites, the choice of prefabrication reduces waste by up to 35%.

Transport is also optimized, with an average of 10 bathrooms pods per trip. Thanks to our long-standing partners and our network of subcontractors across the country, we provide a local service, thus reducing the carbon footprint associated with logistics.

The BAUDET’s + : Our bathrooms pods are designed for durability and come with an FDES (Environmental and Health Declaration Form), demonstrating their low carbon score and extended lifespan, thus fighting against planned obsolescence. Designed to be renovated and reused, our prefabricated solutions are built to last.

SOCIAL COMMITMENT

A social commitment focused on well-being and equity

With a team of 110 employees, BAUDET ensures that the well-being of each individual is at the heart of its operations. Our company is made up of over 45% women, and all positions are designed to provide optimal working conditions.

The BAUDET’s + : Our offices are equipped with ergonomic chairs, and our workshops are designed for work at an ergonomic height, making daily tasks easier for the teams.

  • To maintain a balance between professional and personal life, we adjust working hours and favor daytime hours in production.
  • Each new hire benefits from a comprehensive onboarding program, allowing them to discover the various roles within the company.
  • Versatility is encouraged, and our operators are trained to handle multiple positions, strengthening the cohesion and adaptability of our teams.

"BAUDET is committed to sustainable and respectful growth, aiming to positively contribute to our clients' projects and the development of each employee." Laurent Roué, Deputy Managing Director
