The Rise - Student Housing in Leuven
BAUDET supplied 52 prefabricated metal-frame bathrooms for the student residence The Rise, located in Blauwe Hoek, Leuven.
Led by the developer ION Developdifferent and designed by COMODO architecten, the project was carried out in collaboration with Houben NV and VDS Vanderstraeten. It perfectly illustrates the advantages of off-site construction for student housing:
