Prefabricated sanitary solutions at the SNCF campus in Bègles

The new SNCF campus was designed by the GSE group and the A+ architecture agency. The new campus is designed to accommodate and train 300 beneficiaries each day, covers over 12,000 m² and includes 204 rooms. Each room has its own bathroom, designed and prefabricated in France less than 300 km from the site. Once the site is completed, it will be assigned an E2C1 label (around 30% less energy consumed compared with French RT 2012 thermal regulations). These environmental quality standards match the decision to choose a prefabricated bathroom solution for the project.
