Sustainable project for 506 student bathrooms

BAUDET is proud to contribute its expertise to the construction of 506 student residences on the Saint-Martin-d’Hères campus, led by the Crous Grenoble Alpes and carried out by the group headed by ENTREPRISE SDE (THE EOS GROUP). Together with SDH (Société Dauphinoise pour l’Habitat) and the architecture firms Atelier Métis and Ateliers A+, we manufactured and delivered 486 bathrooms, ready to welcome students from September 2025.

This ambitious project embodies an exemplary environmental approach, with NF Habitat HQE certification and compliance with RE2020 and IC energy 2025 standards. Using low-carbon materials, green spaces, and 320m² of photovoltaic panels for energy self-consumption, it is a key development for a more sustainable future!

We are delighted to help provide modern, tailored housing for students, ranging from studios to three-bedroom units, with communal and coworking spaces to foster exchanges and shared living.
