AGORA CAMPUS: Student Residence

For IBENS, BAUDET designed and supplied 126 modular bathrooms for this student residence located in the heart of Mons, Belgium.

Designed by A&G Atelier d’Architecture and developed by Horizon Blue, the project features common areas, a concierge service, a shared terrace, and an intra-block green space, contributing to the revitalization of the city center and improving the availability of student housing.

Thanks to BAUDET’s off-site approach, the bathrooms combine quality, reliability, and performance.
