BAUDET bathrooms for student rooms

Once again this year, Angers ranks among the best cities to live in France! Its appeal is largely driven by a vibrant and growing student life.

To meet the increasing demand for student housing, several new residences have recently been completed, including this one, delivered in 2025 and primarily intended for scholarship students from the University of Angers.

BAUDET contributed to the project by manufacturing and delivering 364 prefabricated bathrooms, installed directly in the students’ rooms.
Thanks to the off-site approach, the project benefited from a faster and more efficient construction process, achieving a time saving of around 30% during manufacturing and on-site installation.

After the Cœur de Maine residence in the Saint-Serge district, BAUDET is proud to have once again partnered in creating a modern and functional living environment for students in Angers.
