The construction of this residence in the Saint-Serge neighborhood is part of the Rives Vivantes project, which aims to connect the banks of the Maine River to the city center. The Angers Coeur de Maine residence helps expand the student housing offerings in this area. Architect Patriache has chosen prefabricated bathrooms from the SMART range for this project. This approach allows for the design of bathrooms that are tailored to the layout of the rooms and provides more flexibility in choosing finishes and decor. Indeed, the SMART range allows for extending the unique character of the residence and the rooms into the bathrooms.
