ECLA Campus – Villejuif

After realised the first student residence at Palaiseau in 2019, the Grand M Group carry on his development with a new student residence Ecla Campus in Paris area at Villejuif (94). The conception of this new residence of coliving has been given at Phileas Architecture.

The imagine campus is landscaped and green. It integrates in the residential environnement already in place while offering a new dynamic. This coliving space could welcome more than 1000 students and will have modern and unifying common spaces : fitness room, agora, wellness area, coworking space, etc. This campus of a new gender include more than 1000 bathrooms pods. To equip all these rooms, the stakeholders have placed their trust in BAUDET.

The bathroom pod specialist supported the project teams in designing specific bathrooms pods : dimensions adjusted to the location of the rooms and equipment adapted to what the project owners wanted and to the modern state of mind of the campus. This project was carried out by two partners associated for the occasion : Océanis Promotion and Icade promotion.
