EHPAD (Retirement Home) Les Terrot – Dijon

At the end of 2024, will open a retirement home of 165 places on the site of the former Terrot factory in Dijon. This construction also involves a new residence for young professionals with 130 apartments, and 15 housing units adapted for seniors.

BAUDET has been choosen to design, manufacture and deliver 167 bathrooms pods. Since 30 years, BAUDET is a real partner of healthcare establishments and knows how to adapt to different constraints.
