BAUDET, prefabricated sanitary block for student residence

BAUDET was selected to equip all the bedrooms of the future residence for students and young professionals on the Sainte-Colette campus in Nancy.

It is following the rehabilitation of the Sainte-Claire monastery that the residence will see the light of day ; it also presents the reflection of its unique architecture. This architectural ensemble will also be completed by a building.

With a 13 000 m² field, this new place will be offered in 2025 a peaceful and rejuvenating place for its students and young professionals and will reduce the housing shortage which affects young people.

BAUDET is proud to participate to this first operation with Open Partners urban developer by manufacturing 148 prefabricated bathrooms. The deliveries are scheduled for May, stay connected !

Did you know it ? Our solution is ajustable : our bathrooms can be implemented in a renovation as well as in a construction. For the rehabilitation part, our products are delivered in kits !
