Industrial prefabricated bathrooms for a boarding school in Annecy

The Saint-Michel school based in Annecy wanted to build a new boarding school for these high school students. BMC Construction, in charge of the project as general contractor, chose a prefabricated sanitary solution. This more qualitative solution made it possible to meet the deadlines. Only 4 months passed between the validation of the order with in particular the choice of finishes for the prefabricated bathrooms (choice of tiling, wood finish, sanitary equipment, etc.) and their first deliveries to the site : a feat made possible thanks to prefabrication !

The project includes 77 studios and 24 single rooms. The establishment wanted to provide students with rooms with modern facilities in which they would feel comfortable away from home. Thus, each bedroom and studio has its own bathroom including : a shower, a large washbasin area and a WC.
