130 prefabricated bathrooms for a student residence

The subsidiary Student Factory by Vinci Immobilier continues to expand with the construction of new student halls of residence in Metz. After previously working on the student hall of residence in Lille – Wenov campus in 2019, Vinci Immobilier once again turned to Baudet for the design, production and installation of bathrooms for 130 dwellings at the future Metz campus.

Why is this project special? This is a renovation project for a former military building and the façade is left in place.
