The 3iS film school decided to renovate some old buildings for the purposes of providing 200 dwellings for its students. This major European audiovisual campus opted for timeless and yet colourful bathrooms to fit into this new living area. The fully equipped bedsits are rented out with a bed, kitchen corner, desk and bathroom (shower, WC and basin) and range from 18 to 25 m².
The bathrooms ordered towards the end of 2017 were expected to be produced, delivered and installed to allow the student hall of residence to open in September 2018. 200 bathrooms installed in just 2 months : a short turnaround, which is routine for the BAUDET teams who met this new challenge in style !
