The nursing home managers decided to fully renovate and restructure the premises. Part of the existing building was demolished and replaced with a new and larger construction. The customer aimed to reduce works and disturbance for both residents and personnel in the building as far as possible. Opting for “ready-to-install” bathrooms seemed a logical solution for several reasons: the bathrooms were delivered on full trucks, were quick to install at the site, using a crane for the new part of the building, and could be easily connected at the site by one single technician. The project was broken down into two phases.
