Angers has been placed again this year at the top of the ranking of cities where life is good ! And for reasons : student life there is dynamic and continues to increase.
To answer to exponential housing demands, several buildings will be built by the start of the 2025 school year, primarily intended for scholarship students of the University of Angers.
BAUDET is thrill to participate at this operaton by manufacturing and delivering 364 prefabricated bathrooms to equip the future rooms of university sutends. The deliveries should start next june.
This project will be the frut of a quick construction thanks to pre-industrialized materials. Our solution for exemple allow a construction time reduction of 30% on the project, win during the manufactoring and installation notably on site.
Thanks to Angers Loire Habitat – Public office of housing for reiterate our collaboration. After the Cœur de Maine residence in the Saint-Serges district, we are delighted to participate in this new project.
