The IBIS hotel in Léna had to find a solution to renovate all of its bathrooms. Functional and still in use, the prefabricated bathrooms installed almost 20 years ago were nevertheless dated, they no longer brought satisfaction in their style: an green vanity top, aging fittings and dated flooring. The Refresh service teams worked for 6 consecutive weeks to renovate the 72 bathrooms. A challenge successfully met !
Each schedule is validated with the hotel managers in order to best adapt to the constraints of the establishment and its customers. The result: a pleasant bathroom, bright as new without the inconvenience of complete destruction, neither dust nor noise. The operating loss is reduced to the necessary minimum !
