Résidences Sociales de France builds 268 housing units in Cergy-Pontoise. The Derbesse Delplanque architectural firm designed the future social residence, integrating 268 prefabricated BAUDET bathrooms. This project was made possible thanks to a mechanism introduced by the 2013 law, which allows a housing player to acquire a building or plot of land from the state below its market value in order to commit to building social housing on it. This first in the Ile-de-France region will see the creation of a social residence managed by Adef. The prefabricated bathrooms chosen for social residences are adaptable to the architect’s design, fit into the space provided and are fully customizable to match the atmosphere and interior decoration of the rest of the building.
