Sitting discreetly in this setting lies a Student Factory residence able to accommodate up to 206 undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students, and researchers. Baudet “ready-to-install” bathrooms were selected for this residence. The architects, Lalou + Lebec, were satisfied by the easy installation and quality of the proposed bathrooms for this residence at the heart of the leading French incubator! The 3 Baudet prefabricated bathrooms are ideally suited for the types of accommodations offered by the residence, ranging from bedsits to shared 2-bedroom flats.
The residence opened its doors in January 2021.
