For this second collaboration with the modular construction company COUGNAUD Construction and its subsidiary CITEDEN, BAUDET supplied 40 bathrooms to enhance student accommodations. The combination of modular building and an industrial, ready-to-install bathroom solution allowed for a rapid implementation of the residence and ensured a controlled level of quality in the final result. The 1,140m2 project was delivered in just 2 months, a goal that could not have been achieved with a traditional bathroom solution. The Peltier residence is located in the heart of La Roche-sur-Yon city, a factor taken into consideration during the bathroom delivery and construction phase to minimize any disruptions and inconveniences that might occur during the process.
