For this second collaboration with the modular construction company COUGNAUD Construction and its subsidiary CITEDEN, BAUDET provided 40 bathrooms to enhance student accommodation. The meeting of the modular building and a ready-to-install industrial bathroom solution has allowed here a speed of implementation of the residence and a controlled quality of the final result. The 1,140m2 project was delivered in 2 months. A goal that could not have been achieved with a traditional bathroom solution. The Peltier residence is located in the center of the town of La Roche sur Yon, a factor taken into account during the delivery phase of the bathrooms and the construction site in order to limit the nuisances and inconveniences that may be caused on this occasion.
