The main objective of the restructuring of the EHPAD was to bring the establishment into conformity and to rethink the spaces. Better suited to different forms of outbuilding and more residential in its style. The 60 former studios have been replaced by 75 individual rooms, each with its own bathroom. The challenge was to be able to offer a bathroom solution suitable for both the new construction of the extension and the renovation of the existing part. Our bathrooms have been integrated wall by wall into the existing openings of the residence in order to limit the demolition of certain walls. Of the 80 bathrooms, 75 were delivered in a removable version.
