Thanks to the renovation of building C of Brunstatt university campus, administrative offices were set up and over 160 additional student units are now available. The bathrooms had to be disassembled on-site for this renovation project, the components were inserted through existing openings, and then the bathrooms were re-assembled one last time at their final location.
The pre-assembled solution proposed by Baudet is a convenient approach for all parties in these conditions : less destruction, more of the existing building is left in place, no on-site disturbance and the quality of the final product is not affected.
