The construction of this residence in the Saint-Serge district is part of the “Rives Vivantes” project aimed at connecting the banks of the Maine to the city center. The Angers Cœur de Maine residence makes it possible to develop the supply of student accommodation in this sector. The architect Patriache chose prefabricated bathrooms from the SMART range for this project. A way to design bathrooms adapted to the layout of the bedrooms and to have more freedom in the choice of finishes and decoration. Indeed, the SMART range makes it possible to extend the singular universe of the residence and the bedrooms into the bathrooms.
