Lodging the Companions of Duty – Champs-sur-Marne

100 prefabricated bathrooms by BAUDET for student housing

Beyond a simple place of accommodation or training center, this establishment was thought of as “a house” where all the companions of duty can meet and develop their spirit of companionship. The project was thought out around important living spaces: a central patio of 120m², a common terrace on R+5 and a vast reception area. In addition to the unifying common spaces and source of exchanges, it was necessary to offer welcoming individual spaces conducive to relaxation.

The house offers 69 individual accommodations available to young Tour de France roamers and apprentices. Each accommodation has a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink to ensure everyone’s comfort.

The BAUDET teams installed 100 prefabricated bathrooms in total. The models chosen correspond to the technical, aesthetic and practical constraints of this type of residence.
