The renovation of a Nantes building student in St Nazaire took place in view of the start of the 2016 school year. Right in the heart of the Campus, the university residence offers single rooms, small studios and one-bedroom apartments dedicated to shared accommodation. Each accommodation is fully equipped and has its own bathroom. The Jade model set up in the Cité U Heinlex at the instigation of the Nantes Crous is a compact, functional bathroom. As part of an ecological approach, gray water from showers, bathroom sinks contribute to the production of domestic hot water as well as to supply the collective heating.
