BAUDET prefabricated bathrooms were selected for the renovation of the former residence, a 14-floor building. The purpose of the renovation project is to create rental apartments for students and private tenants. A wide range of dwellings will be installed within one single building.
KS Construction opted for prefabricated bathrooms especially designed for the renovation project in order to limit the need for demolition of the existing building and guarantee compliance with lead times with JIT bathroom deliveries based on progress with works.
